We have a beautiful (brand new) 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) apartment at the Grand Vistas at Dreaming Creek. Located on Timberlake Road in Lynchburg VA.
There is a sunroom/ fireplace/ walk in closets, and garden bathtub in the Master bedroom.
We need to move out on May 25th, but the lease runs through August. The landlord is willing to allow us to find someone to take over the lease, through August. At which time, you will have the option to extend the lease for however long you wish.
We are also willing to give you a discount from the rent, if you would be so kind as to take over the lease for us!
Please email me if you are interested. Currently, we have 3 people in the apartment, but more could live comfortably. The complex allows up to six to live in the apartment.
