What you get;
Make final flares at outdoor unit.
Pressure test/ flush with nitrogen.
Vacuum system using Micron gauge to verify the absence of water vapor (this is what ruins any system).
Release refrigerant.
Leak repair might be extra.
Simply using a cheap Chinese vacuum pump with manifold gauges does not do the job right.
