Looking for a 3br house for rent or to buy with owner finance. I could pay up an entire year rent in advance or put down a deposit if owner finance. I do not have a good rental history due to poor choices when I was young. This is why I offer to pay a year lease in advance. My credit is fair not poor but .ot credit. I have solid employment. Preferably in lynchburg or Madison heights but will consider appomattox, rustburg and other areas
