Occasionally we need help cleaning when we have same day turn arounds, but we have cleaners so mostly this is part time help with mowing, weed whacking, spraying bugs, spraying weeds, basic repairs from customer damage, going out to flip a breaker, or deliver an ac unit or help some city slicker by removing a non poisonous snake from outside the door LOL yes this happened once and the house had 3 other exits.... OR help me organize a storage room. Maybe painting or chainsaw work or ??? If you have tools and skills great if not it is nothing that is not teachable.
The person must be within 10 minutes of Rockbridge County. Or willing to move. Possible lodging could be worked out, but we are only talking about part time work. So you must have an alternate source of income. We will work around your other work.
Must be dependable as if we need lawn cut and guests are coming and it does not get done. Preference given for non cigarette smokers. Absolutely no hard drugs, might randomly do drug test. However have a beer, smoke a joint (its legal :) and we are chill. will do a background check. But the main thing we are looking for is you theft, pattern of violence. Childhood and adulthood mistakes happen not looking for a saint in fact a sense of humor is appreciated.
