I'm looking for someone to help around the house every 2 weeks.

Preferably on the 1st and 15th.
What I need is someone to clean:
- The bathroom really well
- The kitchen really well
- Empty the trash from the kitchen, and from a couple of tiny trash cans in the living room and bedroom
- And run a load of laundry, or 2 if you're still cleaning by the time the first one is finished.
> Once a month I would like someone to take a lot of the blankets to the laundromat.
My mom has had a chronic cough for a very long time, but she's not contagious. Myself of my dad would have gotten it by now if she was. Her mental health isn't where it should be... and she goes through a lot of tissue paper when she coughs, and for some reason doesn't throw it all away.... so I'd also like someone to go in her top dresser drawers and throw away any random tissue paper you find.
We have a very sweet stray dog, she doesn't bark and is very sweet. If you're deathly afraid of dogs though, this isn't the right job for you, and to start, the house is very dirty. So if you're not actually good/fine with cleaning, this job also isn't good for you. But after the first good clean, I'm sure doing it twice a week it will be fine.
I'm offering $40 on the day without laundry, and $50 on the day with laundry.
I'm currently not looking to pay more for this, I just really need some help... I'm trying to work on getting my mom better, and when I'm constantly cleaning, it makes me feel like I'm not getting anywhere.
She pretty much always has the dishes done, so there probably won't be any of those to do in the kitchen. Just putting stuff away, and wiping stuff down. Including wiping up the floor really well....... which is usually already kept mostly dirt free because we have a robotic vacuum... but it does need wiped with water.
If you have a better offer, please let me know. If you have a resume or references, please let me know.
Also, please send a picture and let me know a little about yourself.
It's been forever since I hired a maid, and I want to know a bit about you before letting you into our home.
