Working well pump (Gladstone)

.5 Hp 230v 2 wire submersible well pump runs great,less then 3yrs ran on it.Theres notjing wrong and been garage kept.Replaced it thinking it went bad,ending up being the giy thta installed ot spliced it multiple spots and didnt do a good enuff job.I can also install seeing that ima pro now lol.Did it all by myself 300 ft of wire and pipe i pulled and lowered by hand
